The Process
When you work with Ten Point Minerals, you can rely on a quick and straightforward process. From start to finish, the process of selling your minerals can usually be completed in less than four weeks and cash payment is sent upon closing.
Step One
Our Reservoir Engineer will assess the real value of your land. Some factors we look at include geography, producing wells in the surrounding area, operator, current production, and the potential for future development.
Step Two
Following the land assessment, you will be provided an offer for your mineral rights. This offer will encompass current and future producing value. Unlike many other companies, our offers are precise, accurate, and based on the real value of your minerals which is determined by our vast technical knowledge and industry experience.
Step Three
If you choose to accept our offer, you will need to complete a Purchase Agreement, Mineral Deed, and W-9. You can also decide to sell a portion of your minerals and retain the rest of them — choose what’s best for you.
Step Four
Ten Point Minerals will conduct due diligence to confirm your mineral ownership. We will make sure you are paid correctly for your mineral interests!
Step Five
You’re all set! You can expect to receive payment within a week.
